Safeguard Architectural Mesh Pool Fence Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty

Safeguard Architectural warrants to its customers that Safeguard Architectural mesh pool fence and gates are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a lifetime, effective the day of purchase by the original owner at the original address of installation.

Items Warranted:

• Mesh warranted not to shrink, stretch, fade, or dry rot. Misuse of this product is not warranted.
• Poles warranted against rust or corrosion.
• Screws warranted against rust or corrosion.
• Border warranted against coming apart from mesh.

Exclusions to Warranty:

• Vandalism is not covered under this warranty.
• Improper handling resulting in breakage of this fence is not covered.
• Adverse weather conditions, i.e. Hail, Wind, Rain, Tornado, Hurricane etc. resulting in damage is not covered.
• Damage to fence due to objects hitting the fence, i.e. Furniture, Pool Equipment, Toys, and Landscaping is not covered.
• Buyer shall, within seventy-two (72) hours from the time of installation of said improvement, notify seller in writing for the necessity of making adjustments to said improvement. Failure to notify seller in writing shall constitute acceptance. A service charge may apply after acceptance for adjustments made.
• Plastic deck caps and sleeves are not covered under this warranty.

In the event of a problem with your fence, Safeguard Architectural will dispatch a representative to determine if any damage was due to defect. After this determination is made, the part may be replaced or repaired at the seller's discretion. If the part is determined to be misused intentionally or accidentally, this warranty does not apply. All determinations are to be made by Safeguard Architectural reps ONLY. Proper maintenance must be maintained to ensure any claims against this warranty. Below is a maintenance schedule which must be followed.

Maintenance:

• Buyer is responsible for washing deck off for any unforeseen sediment within twelve (12) hours of installation.
• Wash fence with a hose and brush with a mild detergent only.
• Spray locks with WD-40 monthly.
• Inspect the fence frequently for any damage which may compromise the safety of the fence.
